Use the website lawfully and provide accurate details needed to process an order. Keep any account credentials confidential. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content or misuse forms. You must have the legal capacity to enter the purchase or permission from an authorized adult where applicable.

03 / Products, descriptions & imagery

Our range concerns small decorative objects for the home. AI-generated product styling illustrations are identified on the store; they are not verified physical sample photography. Background props are not included. Screen color, room lighting and styling can affect appearance. Descriptions do not establish unspecified measurements, materials, certification, water resistance, food safety or heat resistance. Ask us about a detail essential to your intended use before ordering. This does not excuse a material misdescription or limit rights regarding goods supplied.

04 / Prices, payment & errors

Prices and store shipping charges are displayed in USD. Taxes and shipping applicable to the order are shown at checkout. Payment methods available are those displayed at checkout; we do not promise a method that is not offered. We may correct an error before acceptance and will contact you where an existing order is affected. We will not require an increased charge for an affected order without your agreement.

05 / Orders & availability

Submitting an order initiates order processing and is subject to payment confirmation and supply availability. An automated receipt is not a promise of dispatch. If an item cannot be supplied, or an order needs clarification, we will contact you about the available options. We do not treat a configured inventory quantity as a verified warehouse count. We may decline an order for a lawful, reasonable reason, with an appropriate refund for captured payment if the order is cancelled.

06 / Changes & cancellations

Contact us promptly to request a change. We will check the processing stage and confirm whether it is possible. After dispatch, a parcel may not be changeable. Read Order Changes & Cancellations. Nothing here removes any cancellation right imposed by applicable law.

07 / Shipping & delivery

United States delivery only, subject to checkout eligibility. Preparation is 5–10 business days after confirmation and any needed information; standard carrier transport is a separate 10–15 business days after dispatch. The combined standard planning window is 15–25 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Shipping fees, delay assistance and delivery issues are covered in the Shipping Policy.

08 / Returns & refunds

Eligible return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending goods back. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer, and the company return address is in China. Authorized returns are inspected and approved refunds processed within 10 business days after receipt; provider posting may take longer. See the Return Policy. Faulty-goods remedies and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.

09 / Safe decorative use

Follow the supplied instructions and intended use. Decorative objects are not toys. Keep them away from young children and pets, heat and unstable edges. Do not assume a vessel can hold water, a dish can touch food or an ornament can hold a flame unless expressly confirmed. Inspect a damaged item before further use and contact us if it may be unsafe.

Subject to non-waivable rights in your place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes may be submitted to the competent courts at the company’s location in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, except where mandatory law gives you another forum or protection. We may update these terms prospectively and show the revised date. Applicable terms at the time of an order continue to govern that order, subject to mandatory law.
