Dorvellaty / Customer notes
How Dorvellaty handles information when you browse, order or contact us.
Last updated: October 24, 2026
01 / Controller & scope
Zhanjiang Qianxi Trading Co., Ltd., operating Dorvellaty, is responsible for the store’s handling of personal information described here. Our address is No. 27, Guangming Village, Potou Town, Potou District, Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, China; email service@dorvellaty.com. Shopify hosts the store and processes some information on its own behalf as explained in its privacy notice. This policy covers the storefront and our order and support interactions.
02 / Information & sources
You provide contact and shipping details, order choices, messages and any account details you choose to create. Checkout providers process payment details and send payment status and transaction information needed for the order; do not send card credentials to customer support. When you browse, the service may receive device, browser, IP address, page-use and cookie information. Carriers and service providers may supply dispatch, delivery or transaction updates.
03 / Why information is used
We use relevant information to provide the website, process payment and orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, manage returns, maintain records, prevent fraud and comply with applicable obligations. Where consent is required for optional cookies or marketing, those choices apply. Depending on applicable law, processing may be based on performing a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests or consent. You can withdraw consent for future optional use without affecting lawful prior processing.
04 / Service providers & disclosure
Information is shared as necessary with Shopify, payment processors, carriers, hosting and support providers involved in delivering the service. Disclosure may also be required by law, to protect rights or security, or during a lawful business transfer with appropriate protections. Optional advertising or analytics processing depends on the services actually enabled and your applicable choices. This notice does not claim that an unverified advertising pixel is installed.
05 / Shopify’s role
Shopify provides the commerce platform and may process information for platform operation, security and its own purposes under its policies. For information about Shopify’s independent processing and rights requests, visit the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal. Your rights relating to our store can also be requested from us.
06 / Cookies & marketing choices
Essential technologies support functions such as cart, checkout and security. Optional preferences, analytics or marketing technologies are handled according to the consent controls and applicable law. Use Cookie preferences on the store, browser controls or the Privacy Choices page. Blocking essential cookies can affect shopping functions. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe route; opting out does not stop necessary order messages.
07 / Retention & security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, disputes, accounting and other legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it where appropriate. The period varies with the record and applicable requirement. We use reasonable safeguards and service-provider protections, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary enquiry channels.
08 / International processing
Our company is in China and our platform and service providers may process information in other countries, including where Shopify and carriers operate. Applicable safeguards and lawful transfer arrangements are used where required. Contact us for information about relevant processing arrangements.
09 / Rights, requests & complaints
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a copy of information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising as those terms are defined by law. Email service@dorvellaty.com with your request. We may need proportionate verification and proof of authorization for an agent. We will respond within applicable legal timeframes and will not unlawfully discriminate against you. Where available, you may appeal our response by contacting us or complain to a competent privacy authority.
10 / Privacy signals & children
Shopify privacy controls may recognize supported opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where applicable; see Privacy Choices for available options. The store is intended for adults making purchases, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing. If you believe a child has provided information inappropriately, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11 / Third parties & updates
An external link takes you to another provider’s site, whose practices may differ. We may update this policy to reflect changes to the store or legal requirements. The revised date is shown above and additional notice is provided where required. Contact us about any part of this policy using the details below.
