Simple handling habits help keep a decorative arrangement tidy and safe.

General handling
Lift decorative objects from their main body or base, using both hands when appropriate. Do not lift a vessel by a narrow neck or a frame by its stand. Place objects on a stable, level surface away from the edge. Check stability before leaving an arrangement in place.
Cleaning
Begin with a soft, dry cloth and gentle pressure. Follow any item-specific care instructions supplied with the product. If the finish or material has not been confirmed, do not soak the item, put it in a dishwasher, use abrasive cleaners or apply solvents. Ask us before using a damp cloth on an unfamiliar finish.
Decorative vessels & dishes
Use vessels for dry decorative arrangements unless water suitability is expressly confirmed. Decorative dishes are not represented as food-safe or as heat-resistant holders. Do not place burning candles, incense or hot objects on or inside them. Protect furniture from moisture and marks.
Frames & sculptural objects
Use the frame’s intended support and do not force an insert that does not fit. Confirm insert dimensions before selecting a photograph. Do not hang a tabletop object or improvise wall fixings. Position sculptural pieces where they will not be knocked by bedding, cords or a moving drawer.
Storage & safe placement
Store items clean and dry, protect them from knocks and wrap them separately when moving. Keep small objects and packaging out of children’s and pets’ reach. These are decorative objects, not toys. Do not place heavy or unstable decor above a sleeping area.
When something looks wrong
Stop using an item if it develops a sharp edge, loose part or instability. Contact us for advice with the item name and photographs where safe. Do not attempt an unsafe repair. This guide does not replace any specific instructions supplied with an item.
